Project includes the construction of four (4) public park restroom facilities for various parks in Madison County. Three (3) Park restrooms will be hollow metal storefront, metal panel, CMU, and wood framing construction. One (1) restroom will be wood stud, wood panel, gypsum board, stone veneer, and wood framing construction. All restrooms will be fitted with tamper proof fixtures and will require necessary foundations with site sloped to drain away from construction. Two (2) restrooms will require the installation of spray fields as recommended by the Mississippi Department of Health (MDH) (see documents in specifications).

Pre-Bid Meeting: Tuesday, 08.23.22 at 10:00 a.m. at Board of Supervisors Board Room located at the Madison County Administrative Services Complex, 125 West North Street, Canton, Mississippi 39046.
